What is Finca Montemar?Finca Montemar is a private luxurious estate located in Son Servera, Mallorca offering exclusive accommodations and event venues amidst stunning natural surroundings.

What amenities are included in the rental?Guests have exclusive access to the entire estate, including 5 double bedrooms, outdoor spaces, and additional amenities such as pool area, fully equipped kitchen, private parking, hot tup, toiletries etc.

What are the booking requirements and policies?We require a minimum booking duration of 7 days, from Saturday to Saturday. A security deposit of 25% of the total booking amount is required in advance to confirm your reservation. Please refer to our general conditions for more details.

Can additional services be arranged?Yes, additional services such as catering, event planning, and housekeeping can be arranged upon request. Please contact us for more information and pricing.

Is there a minimum stay requirement for accommodations?Yes, our minimum stay requirement for accommodations is 7 days, from Saturday to Saturday.

What are the check-in and check-out times?Check-in time is from 3:00 PM onwards on the arrival date, and check-out time is by 10:00 AM on the departure date.
